    If you would like to cancel your order, contact TM Impressions within 24 hours of submitting payment. Refunds will be given on a case by case basis depending upon how far into production the product(s) have gotten. Notifying TM Impressions of cancellations is the responsibility of the client. If you suspect that your artwork may need a change, contact us immediately.

    If your product is defective, you must contact TM Impressions immediately after receiving your product(s). Please provide detailed pictures and descriptions to aid us in helping you resolve the issue. Refunds for defective products are ultimately at the discretion of TM Impressions.

    All approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method and specific credit/debit card if applicable within 24 hours. Refunds normally take 2-5 days to fully process.
